Our company may record personal data due to various reasons. It is explained how and in what ways this personal data is collected and how and in what ways they are protected, below.  

Some kind of personal data is recorded as the nature of the business requires when the forms or questionnaires on Membership or Store are filled (name, surname, company data, phone, address or e-mail data) by our Store.

Our Company may send information on its campaigns, new products, promotion offers to its customers and members sometimes. Our members may accept or decline to receive such information while they are completing their membership process and then after they log in they can change their preferences in their account preferences or they may use the link in this informative e-mail to change their subscription position. 

The personal data that is provided to our Store on electronic media during the approval process through our Store or e-mail, will not be disclosed to any third party except for the aims and scope to be defined in the “User Agreement” that we make with our Members.

In order to define the problems related with the system and solution of the problems or disputes resulting from the services to be provided quickly, our Company saves the IP addresses of the Members and uses this data. The IP addresses may also be used to define the users in general sense and to collect comprehensive demographic information.

In addition to the aims and scope in the User Agreement, our Company may use this data for direct marketing or share this date for this aim with its cooperates. The personnel data may also be used to contact with the user. The data that is demanded by our Company or the data to be provided by the user or the data on the processes to be performed over our Store may be used by our Company or its cooperates for statistical assessments, generation of a database and market researches without indicating the identities of the members in addition to the aims and scope in the “Membership Agreement.”

Our Company undertakes to take all required precautions delicately in order to prevent the confidential information from completely or partially being publicised by considering it as the obligation of keeping secret and to provide the privacy and maintain of the confidential information or its unauthorized use or to disclose any unauthorised third party.

SECURTY OF CREDIT CART

Our Company considers the security of the credit card owners shopping on our site at first. Your credit card information is never kept on our system.

There are two points which you should consider to understand if you are on a secure site when you start the procedure. One of them is the symbol of key or lock at the bottom of your browser. It indicates that you are on a secure webpage and all kinds of your data are protected with encryption. This data can only be used during the sale process along with your instructions. Therefore, the address and telephone data of the customers who order for the first time on our shopping site should be authenticated to proceed the supply and delivery phases. For the authentication, the credit card owner or related bank is contacted, if necessary.

You are the only one who can access to the information you gave during your membership and can change this data. It is not possible for any third party to reach your data as soon as you keep your log in data. Therefore, during the membership process, it is the 128 bit SSL secure field. This is an international encryption standard that cannot be broken.

The Internet shopping sites where the clear address and phone details are given with info-line or customer line are preferred more, today. Thus, you may have answers on all questions you have and you are answered in details, and have a healthy assessment on the reliability of the shopping site.

Firmamız, çeşitli amaçlarla kişisel veriler toplayabilir. Aşağıda, toplanan kişisel verilerin nasıl ve ne şekilde toplandığı, bu verilerin nasıl ve ne şekilde korunduğu belirtilmiştir.

Firmamız, alışveriş sitelerimizden alışveriş yapan kredi kartı sahiplerinin güvenliğini ilk planda tutmaktadır. Kredi kartı bilgileriniz hiçbir şekilde sistemimizde saklanmamaktadır.

İşlemler sürecine girdiğinizde güvenli bir sitede olduğunuzu anlamak için dikkat etmeniz gereken iki şey vardır. Sipariş ettiğiniz ürünlerin bedeli karşılığında bize göndereceğiniz tarafınızdan onaylı mail-order formu bedeli dışında herhangi bir bedelin kartınızdan çekilmesi halinde doğal olarak bankaya itiraz edebilir ve bu tutarın ödenmesini engelleyebileceğiniz için bir risk oluşturmamaktadır. 

ÜÇÜNCÜ TARAF WEB SİTELERİ VE UYGULAMALAR

Mağazamız,  web sitesi dâhilinde başka sitelere link verebilir. Firmamız, bu linkler vasıtasıyla erişilen sitelerin gizlilik uygulamaları ve içeriklerine yönelik herhangi bir sorumluluk taşımamaktadır. Mağazamızın Müşteri Hizmetleri’ne, herhangi bir siparişinizle ilgili olarak göndereceğiniz e-postalarda, asla kredi kartı numaranızı veya şifrelerinizi yazmayınız. E-postalarda yer alan bilgiler üçüncü şahıslar tarafından görülebilir. Firmamız e-postalarınızdan aktarılan bilgilerin güvenliğini hiçbir koşulda garanti edemez.
